For 9+ years I've turned data and AI into real-world value: production AI systems, analytics platforms and digital decisioning — across retail, banking, telco, consulting and the public sector. I move fluently between executive product ownership, hands-on architecture, and the org change that makes AI actually land.

Right now I lead a leading Australian retailer's first agentic-AI program for marketing. And here's the thing I can't unsee: when execution gets cheap, judgment becomes the scarce thing — which is exactly why I'm building a new, AI-collaboration-first way for teams to work.

I didn't start in tech. My first life was in medical science — then I followed the data out of the lab and moved fast: five industries, an accelerated promotion at a top global consultancy, and into executive AI leadership.
